i had a wonderful chat with my Mistress last night, She recommended some movies that i will have to check out :)

Had a busy day today, was in my parents this afternoon, then cooked Quail for the first time. i used two birds, they are very small - you can only use the breast meat. i used the rest of the birds to make a stock and added some balsamic vinegar to it, then had it on a bed of salad with some croquettes. i hope to cook it for my Mistress too :)
